January 17th 5-8 pm Southwest Oregon Innovation Hub presents Pitch Night at the Egyptian Theatre, Come and experience Coos County Pitch Night where local entrepreneurs present their innovative ideas to local advisors! FREE admission, Come support these entrepreneurs! Then on January 23rd Join us for a Business After Hours Thursday 5-7pm The South Coast Development Council and the Small Business Development Center including the South Coast Accelerator & OR Apex Accelerator comes together in their Newmark Center offices for a BACC Business After Hours, Food, Drinks & much more, come see the new Business incubator and the 3D printer & More. Then on Saturday, January 25th for our Annual Awards Banquet where we will be honoring our next Citizen & Business of the Year, Community and President’s award. It has been an amazing 2024, my first year completed at the Chamber during an election year, with endorsements & forums at Wednesday Business Connection luncheons, and starting new programs with Jo from Team ROJO such as our Chamber Coins for Kids program, which we will be continuing this year! We had Ten Chamber members sign up to give kids a treat in exchange for their coins throughout the year. We THANK YOU- Artist Loft Gallery, Farr’s Hardware, Cadwell Realty the Mark James Team, Oregon Pacific Bank, North Bend Lanes and Back Alley Pub & Grille, So It Goes Coffeehouse, Gib’s RV, Margarita’s Mexican Grille, Ezekiel’s in North Bend, & last but not least Oregon’s Adventure Coast Visitor Center in Coos Bay.
